Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of searchsignal.pro and related services (the "Service"), operated by MR Enterprises ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. Last updated 2026-10-30.

1. The Service

SearchSignal asks AI search engines questions about a business and reports whether they mention or cite it. It offers a free check, a one-time full report, and a monthly monitoring subscription, as described on the pricing page. The method is described on the methodology page, which is part of these terms in the sense that it describes what the Service does and its limits.

2. Results are snapshots, not promises

AI engines give different answers at different times and for different users. We query them through developer APIs, which can differ from consumer apps. Our scores and reports describe what we observed on the date shown. We do not guarantee that any engine will recommend or mention your business, that following our suggestions will change your results, or that our results match what any particular user sees. Recommendations in a report are informational. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.

3. Accounts and email

You log in with a link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for activity under your account. Provide an accurate email address.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to harass, defame or harm any person or business;
• submit domains or information you have no reason to scan, or use results to make false or misleading claims;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit scans or collect results, or to evade rate limits, bot checks or budget controls;
• attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to attack another system, including by submitting addresses intended to make us contact internal or private networks;
• resell or republish the Service or reports as your own product without our written permission (you may share a report with your own client or team);
• break the law, or the terms of the AI providers whose outputs appear in the Service.

We may limit, suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, or to protect the Service from abuse or excessive cost.

5. Free checks and limits

Free checks are subject to daily limits, may be paused when our usage budget for the day is reached, and may be served from a cached result for up to 72 hours. We may change or end the free check at any time.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. The full report is a one-time charge. Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel in your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Taxes, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

If a payment fails, we may pause monitoring until it is resolved. We may change prices for future purchases or renewal periods with notice by email.

7. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the domains, business information and prompts you submit. You give us permission to process them to provide the Service. AI answers are generated by third-party systems, and we do not claim ownership of their text. The SearchSignal software, design, scoring method and reports as compiled are owned by us or our licensors. You may use your reports for your own business purposes.

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers (listed in the privacy policy). They may change, limit or stop their products. When an engine is unavailable, we show that, and score the engines that answered. We are not responsible for third-party outputs.

9. Optional services from MR Enterprises

Reports and pages may link to our studio's website and services. Those are separate paid services under their own terms, and are never required to use SearchSignal.

Service Terms: AI Visibility Fix Pack and Care

These Service Terms apply when you buy the done-for-you AI Visibility Fix Pack, the Care subscription or the optional install add-on (together, the "Fix Pack services"). They add to the rest of these terms. The deliverables are described on the done-for-you page.

• Scope. The Fix Pack covers exactly the deliverables listed on that page (scope version FIXPACK_SCOPE_V1): the robots.txt AI-crawler section, llms.txt, structured data (JSON-LD), FAQ copy, about-page copy, up to three service-page drafts, a listing kit for the sites AI tools cited in your niche, a name-address-phone consistency sheet, an install guide for your site platform, and a re-scan 30 days after delivery. Each item is produced only when your report shows it is needed or you ask for it, and the delivery page marks every item as needed, already fine or skipped.
• Not included. Installing the files on your site (unless you buy the install add-on and give us access), backlinks, reviews, paid listings, Google Business Profile management, and any promise about what an AI assistant says.
• Your facts. We write only from the facts you confirm in the intake form and facts we read from your own site. You confirm they are accurate and that you are allowed to publish them for the business. You are responsible for checking the finished text before you publish it, and for installing it unless you bought the add-on.
• Timing. We deliver within 5 business days after you submit the intake form. If you have not submitted it within 14 days of payment, the order is closed and refunded automatically. See the refund policy.
• Revisions. One revision round is included, requested within 14 days of delivery, for the sections you name.
• AI assistance. The text is drafted with the help of AI. Every order is checked by automated validators and is reviewed by a person before delivery, or, once we move to sampled review, spot-checked by a person. The delivery page says which applies.
• Ownership. You own the deliverables once you have paid for them. We may keep anonymized, aggregate measurements (for example score changes) and do not publish anything that identifies you.
• Results are not promised. AI assistants change their answers frequently and are controlled by third parties. We do not guarantee any mention, citation, ranking, traffic or revenue. Re-scan results are measurements, not promises, and may include changes that are normal variation.
• Care subscription. Care renews monthly until you cancel in the billing portal. No content is produced after you cancel. Care is offered only after a Fix Pack.
• Marketplaces. If you bought through Fiverr or Upwork, the marketplace's own terms and payment rules also apply to that order.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or US$100 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these apply only as far as the law permits.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your submission of information or domains you had no right to submit, to the extent allowed by law.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and notify account holders of material changes by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end the Service or your access, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and consent to their jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a right to sue elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please email us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
