Refund Policy

If SearchSignal is not useful to you, tell us and we will refund you. Here are the details. Last updated 2026-10-30.

Full report ($29, one time)

• 14 days, no hassle. Email hello@searchsignal.pro within 14 days of purchase from the address you used, and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.
• Automatic refund if the report fails. If we cannot complete your report because too few AI engines answered after retries, we refund you in full automatically and email you. You do not need to ask.
• We do not promise that a report will lead to any change in how AI engines mention your business. That is why the refund window exists.

Weekly monitoring ($19 per month)

• Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and then stops. No cancellation fee.
• No partial-month refunds after the first week, because the monitoring runs we have already paid for are used.
• First-month refund on request. Email us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
• If we charge you after you cancelled, email us and we will fix it.

Fix Pack ($199, or $170 with a recent report)

• Automatic refund if you do not start. If you have not submitted the intake form within 14 days of paying, we close the order and refund it in full automatically.
• Refund if we are late or cannot deliver. If we miss the 5-business-day delivery window after you submit the intake form, or we cannot produce the deliverables (for example, your site blocks all of our requests), we refund you in full on request.
• One free revision round, requested within 14 days of delivery, for the sections you name.
• No refunds based on AI outcomes. AI assistants change their answers and are controlled by third parties, so we do not guarantee any mention, citation, ranking, traffic or revenue, and a refund cannot depend on them. The day-30 re-scan is a measurement.
• If you used a $29 report as credit toward the Fix Pack, refunds for the report part follow the report rules above.

Care ($99 per month)

• Cancel anytime in the billing portal. No content is produced after you cancel, and there are no partial-month refunds.
• First-month exception. If we delivered no monthly cycle in your first month, email us and we will refund that month.

There is nothing to refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them. If you already received the report, you may keep it after a refund; please do not redistribute it.

Charges you do not recognize

Email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster. The charge descriptor will show SearchSignal or MR Enterprises.

Optional website and consulting work is a separate service with its own written agreement.
